Co-Sourcing / Out-Sourcing

Many healthcare companies simply cannot afford a full time compliance official. Or maybe your organization has a compliance vacancy and the search is taking longer than expected. We offer a transitional package to help you continue to manage your day to day compliance activities, respond to issues, train your staff and if desired, help interview the right permanent candidate which understands the nuances of your organization, culture and duties required.

Let Promethean Consulting “bridge” your organization temporarily while ensuring that you remain compliant. If your enterprise is basic and only requires minimal oversight, we can assist you on a more permanent basis acting as your outsourced Compliance Director or Officer at rates congruent with the minimal duties you may require. We can train your staff to co-source with us to be Compliance deputies as well. Independent Performance Assessments

We believe that even in the best of organizations, we don’t know what we don’t know. Management may feel that their regulatory adherence is sound yet are you keeping up with the current changes in myriad of regulation updates? Wouldn’t it be reassuring to have an independent program assessment or specialized risk assessment to validate that you are where you need to be for your specialty? We can help. We offer packages that not only look at your strengths but most importantly your “soft areas”. We are able to work with your staff to create reasonable plans to address any gaps and document these plans in a method that would allow management to monitor remediation.

We are unique in that we ask you to fill out a self-assessment of where you feel your strengths are and where the work needs to be done. During our comprehensive onsite survey, we then score what we feel your strengths and areas for improvement might be. This comparative exercise provides the management team a lens into how your organization is doing compared to your peers. We recommend that the findings are then used to create a work plan for your staff where they focus on strengthening your program and ultimately your organization.
